Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Most model kits are sent via Royal Mail Large Letter or Small Parcel depending on size.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
